I want to order custom notepads. Do you provide a proof before they are printed? 

Yes! Every order for custom notepads will get a digital proof sent by email. You're welcome to mark it up and make changes. Once a design is approved by you, then it goes into production. 

Can you provide grids other than 1/4"? 

Yes! We've customized notepads with 3/16", 5mm, and 1/2" grids. If you need a different grid, just make a note when you order your custom notepads or contact us.

How long does it take to ship an order? 

We usually turn your standard order around in less than 24 hours. Custom order take longer and depend on the design and response time between revisions. Most custom orders take 3-5 business days between ordering and shipment. 

What does the non-reproducible blue grid do?

The non-reproducible blue color (or non-repo blue) comes in handy when you don't want the grid lines to show up in scans or copies. It works best when your copier or scanner is set to scan in black and white. Most of the time, the grid disappears in the scan/copy. If it doesn't disappear, set the scan density lower and try again. Every machine is different so results may vary a little. Color scans will most likely pick the grid up, but sometimes it can be removed by setting the scan density lower. 

What kind of image file should I upload for my custom notepad order?

The highest quality file you have in a .png or other vector format. Often times, we get very low resolution logo files and they are very difficult to use. Sometimes we can use a .jpg file IF it is extremely high quality. If you are just starting out and need help with your logo or all you have is a rather poor quality image, that's okay. We will work with you to come up with a solution! 

Do you charge extra for custom notepads? 

No, but we do ask that you place a minimum order for 10 notepads. You can order custom notepads here.
